AI Chatbot Conversations

When you use the "Ask the Expert" chatbot, your messages are sent to our server and forwarded to an AI provider to generate responses. Conversations are not permanently stored and are not linked to your account. We may retain anonymized, aggregated usage metrics (e.g., number of messages per day).

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics (Umami) to understand how visitors use the site. This collects anonymized page views and does not use cookies or track individual users across sites.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Browser-stored activity data persists until you clear your browser storage. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
